  • Jack J. Ross
    President, Dominion Dealer Solutions

    Jack Ross is the president and COO of Dominion Enterprises and Landmark Media Enterprises, LLC, and president of Dominion Dealer Solutions. He began working for Landmark Communications Inc. in 1984 as an advertising sales representative with The Virginian-Pilot. In 1989, he was promoted to general manager of Landmark’s Norfolk Auto Trader and became regional manager of the mid-Atlantic region. In 1996, he was promoted to vice president/general manager of The Employment Guide, where he built the first nationwide brand for print classified employment listings covering local markets. Ross was named vice president/general manager of For Rent Magazine in 2001, and led the successful integration of the United Advertising Publications acquisition into the Trader organization, the largest acquisition in the company’s history. In January 2009, Ross was named president and COO of Dominion Enterprises and Landmark Media Enterprises, LLC, overseeing The Virginian-Pilot newspaper, numerous community newspapers, Cycle Trader, ApartmentsForRent.com, Homes.com, Travel Media and Power Sports Network, among others. In 2017, he assumed the role of president of Dominion Dealer Solutions.

    Vice President of Product Development

    Formerly a consultant for Dominion Dealer Solutions, Adam Dennis is now the Vice President of Product Development with the technology development staff reporting to him. We bought XIGroup from Adam in 2005, and he remained with us in a consulting role for several years. As our need to manage projects across companies grew, Adam proved to be the perfect person for such a task, as he is a good communicator, a good listener, a visionary, a usability expert, and a great project manager. Adam’s primary task will be to deliver solid products quickly and efficiently with a strong emphasis on usability. Adam will use resources in the United States and abroad to execute his mission. As we seek to deliver not only strong products independently, particularly to OEM’s who tend to support single products instead of bundles, but also as a single solution, Adam will work to ensure that we have adequate resources to be very strong both independently and combined, and that our development work is well coordinated with an emphasis on excellent project management and user testing.

  • Bill Leek
    Vice President of Sales

    Bill has over 22 years experience in the automotive industry including 14 years in the dealership retail setting in various sales and sales management positions. Bill has extensive automotive industry knowledge, combined with a deep understanding of today’s current technologies, enabling him to maximize results for those auto dealers with whom he consults. His prior automotive CRM and DMS experience includes management and sales positions at ADP and Newgen Results.

  • George Nenni
    Vice President of Operations

    George began his automotive career with Dealer Specialties in 1993 and served as Director of Operations when Dominion acquired the business in late 1999. He became Vice President and General Manager in 2001 and remained in that role as Dealer Specialties was integrated into Dominion Dealer Solutions. Today, George oversees Dealer Specialties sales and operations as well as overall operations for Dominion Dealer Solutions. George graduated from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) with a Bachelor degree in marketing.

  • Jennifer Sanford
    Director of Strategic Marketing

    Prior to joining the Dominion Dealer Solutions division, Jennifer built the Key Account and Marketing departments for The Employment Guide®, a national multimedia recruitment platform and a division of Dominion Enterprises. Jennifer’s experience covers a broad variety of technology and media and includes handling international marketing for a hardware peripheral, launching a niche recruitment Internet website and developing the national sales team for The Employment Guide® an employmentguide.com. Jennifer  has written articles for numerous volunteer organizations as well as industry-specific publications. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Masters of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary.

    Director of Information Technology

    Jim has been with Dominion Enterprises for 13 years. After a successful sales career and completion of a degree in the Information Technology field, Jim started with Dominion as an Oracle database administrator in January 2001 and worked to eventually assume the responsibility for the database team in the Electronic division in 2003. Jim as been responsible for architecting and managing numerous backend solutions for Dominion to support a variety of products including classified advertising, business tools, and multi-terrabyte reporting systems. In 2006, as Dominion continued to transition deeper into electronic media, Jim was promoted into the Director of Information Technology role serving the Forrent and Employment Guide businesses. In 2008, Jim moved into the role of overseeing the Information Technology for the Dominion Dealer Solutions division and works closely with the businesses on their hosting solutions.

  • Karley Devera
    Vice President of Finance

    After three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including work on Landmark and Trader Publishing audits, Karley joined Dominion as the Business Manager for Trader Electronic Media in 2001. In that role, she established the accounting and administration systems for the TraderOnline sites, HarmonHomes.com, ForRent.com, Parenthood.com, EmploymentGuide.com, and Vehicle Web Services. Additionally, she lead the accounting work for the acquisitions of Boats.com and Yachtworld, Best Image Marketing , Homes.com, 123Movers.com, RVAmerica, RPIS, Katabat, Advanced Access, PSN, and eNeighborhoods. She was promoted to Director of Finance for Dominion Homes Media in August of 2007 and picked up responsibility for the accounting of the Dominion Hosting Services division upon its establishment in 2008. In 2011, Karley was promoted to Vice President of Finance and assumed accounting responsibilities for Dominion Dealer Solutions and Landmark Interactive.

    President, Dominion DMS

    Van Koppersmith serves as the president of Dominion DMS. He founded Automotive Computer Services, Inc. (ACS) in 1992 and served as president and CEO. Along with a handful of engineers, Van developed a comprehensive dealer management system (DMS) for the new vehicle dealer market. The local server based product, called ACCESS®, is fully integrated and easy to learn and use, while offering real time updates in all areas of the dealership. ACCESS pioneered full data archiving in the field, allowing total recall of all history forever. The company grew to 70+ employees and serviced nearly 400 dealerships in 47 states using ACCESS. In 2011, Dominion Dealer Solutions acquired ACS as its next generation DMS was being developed. The new operating company is Dominion DMS and the new DMS was introduced in 2013 as DominionDMX. Prior to ACS, Van served in founding rolls for two other successful start-ups. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Notre Dame and resides with his wife in Mobile, Alabama.
