Dominion Autobase CRM makes it possible to expedite the sales process through key Appraisal, Financial Services, and DMS integrations.

Appraisal Services

Many auto dealers must flip back and forth between multiple data-driven products in their day-to-day business. Our Appraisal services streamline the use and functionality of these tools.

Black Book – With Black Book vehicle pricing, you receive timely, up-to-date pricing information for any used vehicle listed as a possible trade in Dominion Autobase. With a simple click of a button, you instantly receive Black Book recommended pricing.

AAX – With AAX, you can upload vehicle appraisal information from Autobase by simply clicking a button. You can store appraisal information in Autobase for marketing purposes and have the information on the AAX site as well.

Dealer Specialties® – With Dealer Specialties integration, you can quickly enter trade information into Autobase CRM and access the appraisal and customer information in your Dealer Specialties application.

vAuto – With vAuto integration, you can quickly enter trade information into Autobase CRM and easily access the appraisal and customer information in your vAuto application.

Red Bumper – With Red Bumper integration, you can quickly enter trade information into Autobase CRM and easily access the appraisal and customer information in your Red Bumper application.

FirstLook – With FirstLook integration, you can quickly enter appraisal information into Autobase CRM and easily access the appraisal and customer information in your FirstLook application.

Carfax – With Carfax, you’ll get the most trusted and comprehensive vehicle reporting on your inventory and appraisals through Autobase CRM. Full access to everything offered by Carfax can become a part of your natural sales process.

AutoCheck – Dealers using both Autobase CRM and AutoCheck will now be able to view AutoCheck reports as well as provide them to their customers without leaving their CRM. Using Autobase, access to the AutoCheck reports are available from multiple screens, including the inventory, vehicle of interest and appraisal screens.

Financial Services Integration

Autobase CRM streamlines the use and functionality of the financial products most dealers use every day. Our financial services integration provides your dealership with the ability to better manage your day-to-day business, making it faster and easier to process each sale.

Outbound Services – DealerTrack or Route One users can enter customer data into Autobase CRM and quickly send the credit application information from Autobase to the respective vendor. Users can then log into their DealerTrack or RouteOne application to further work the customer.

Inbound Services – Credit Bureau Technology with 700 Credit, CDK, or National Credit Center gives you the ability to submit customer data from Autobase to run credit reports through Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion. Further, through 700 Credit, dealers can stay compliant with Red Flag, OFAC, and Adverse Action Compliance.

DMS Integration

Autobase CRM can upload deal information directly to DominionACCESS®, CDK, Reynolds, Auto/Mate or DealerTrack DMS, saving the F&I manager time and reducing the customer wait time. Customers are uploaded to the DMS from Autobase through the DMS certified integration which links the two systems together creating an easier synchronization of customer and deal information between the two software systems. Further, Inventory, Booked out Deals, Service RO’s, and Service Appointments can be pulled back from the DMS into Autobase. Autobase can import DMS data from many different DMS vendors. Ask your Dominion representative concerning which DMS data can be pulled into Autobase.

OEM Integration

Autobase is certified by 24 OEMs. In addition to the standard certification, Autobase pursues deep integration with OEMs as needed by our dealers. For example, we have completed the following integrations with GM in order to qualify as a GM Premier Partner, allowing Autobase dealers to apply for Turnkey iMR co-op funds:

  • DCDE Customer Search
  • Incentives Offer Management (IOM)
  • VPS – GM Credit Card

Additionally, the new Premium Status allows dealers using Dominion’s Web Control to apply Turnkey iMR funds for co-op.
