Autobase Partners with Automotive Compliance Center (ACC)

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) both require creditors, such as automobile dealers, to provide potential customers notices of adverse action when customers unsuccessfully request an extension of credit. By not sending a notice of adverse action a dealer is at risk of a potential lawsuit, including Class Action, and major financial loss.
