McKenna Cars has been serving drivers throughout Southern California since the early 1950s. They are a family owned and operated dealer group offering a superior selection of high-end sport and luxury vehicles. McKenna Cars even offers a price match if a shopper finds a better deal somewhere else.
McKenna Cars partnered with Dominion Dealer Solutions specifically for Reputation Management, Search Advertising, and Social Advertising. This partnership strives to always drive results by building trust between the dealer and car shoppers.
With the help of Prime Response, McKenna Cars has averaged 62 new, online reviews a month, per store, with an average star rating of 4.6 stars. 27 of those reviews were left on Google. But that is not for the entire dealer group, those 27 reviews consist of 27 reviews per store.
McKenna Cars also partners with Dominion on Google paid search advertising for 5 of its locations. One store in particular, South Bay BMW, has maintained an average click-through rate of 6.09% and has received 1,735 calls from its Google ads since going live.
