Motor Mile Kia, of the Shelor Motor Mile Group, had an online presence before partnering with Dominion Dealer Solutions and handled reviews in house. However, Digital Marketing Manager Ken Neel wasn’t satisfied with their star-rating or their average number of monthly reviews. “At the time, we were more focused on how to treat customers internally rather than getting new reviews,” he said. Ken has been at the dealership for almost 19 years and discovered Prime Response after their Chevrolet store signed up through General Motors’ Standards For Excellence (SFE) program.
After noticing the success of the Chevrolet store, the group signed up a few other stores, including Motor Mile Kia. Since November of 2015, the Kia store has seen a steady increase in the number of reviews as well as a boost to their star rating. Ken said, “I often get calls from vendors trying to get me to switch, but I have a good system in place with people that I trust.”
