The dealerships are ranked using data from Dominion Dealer Solutions inventory reporting product, Cross-Sell Reports, and based on retail used-vehicle sales from the full 2017 year. Cross-Sell collects its data using vehicle title registrations from the Department of Motor Vehicles in each state. Though this data does span the United States, Cross-Sell does not cover all 50 states. Given that sales are based on vehicle registrations from each state’s DMV, sales to customers who register their vehicles out of state are not included in a dealer’s sales total.

These dealers represent some of the strongest in pre-owned performance, and without a doubt deserve accolades for their success.
