Dominion Wins Gold in Annual Dealer Choice Awards

Dominion’s automotive reputation management and automotive data-mining solutions have both won gold in the 2018 Dealers Choice Awards.

Norfolk, VA – Today, Dominion Dealer Solutions announced that it has won two Gold awards in the 14th annual Dealers’ Choice Awards, presented by Auto Dealer Today and F&I Showroom. The awards are based on a survey sent to readers of the two magazines.

This year’s survey was open May 1–31 and was open only to dealers and dealership personnel. Voters had to verify they work in a dealership and manually enter the company names of their favorite vendors, trainers, and finance companies in every category they completed.

Dominion won gold in automotive data mining and automotive reputation management, two products that have been notable favorites in the dealer community for years.

“Dominion continues to earn top-three rankings in multiple DCA categories as dealer engagement in our program continues to increase. It’s clear they are doing something right, and dealers are responding in force.” Says Tariq Kamal, associate publisher, Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom.

Each voter rated the value and quality of the service they received from Dominion and were also asked whether or not they would recommend Dominion to another dealer.

“Since being back with DealActivator, Lakeland Automall has gone from a 7.86% in sales attributed to equity mining efforts to almost 20% and climbing,” said Danielle Klonecki, Business Development Director at Lakeland Automall.

Companies that received the highest number of votes and scored above the mean performance indicator values (per category) earned first-place Diamond, second-place Platinum or third-place Gold honors. There is no cost to win an award.
