You may have noticed a few changes in our customer communication. In recent weeks, we have been testing new formats for both our newsletter and blog in order to streamline information about our products and best practices. So far, the response has been positive and we have noticed improved engagement with our communication. Our plan is to move forward with these new formats in 2016 – and we welcome your feedback. Below are examples to help you navigate these new customer communications.
Newsletter: Each newsletter will feature important product updates. In addition, we will highlight useful best practice tips as well as industry trends and upcoming events. We hope to engage our readers in a series of surveys to help all of us – readers and writers alike – to learn more about our marketplace.
Blog: Our blog facelift has included a category search feature and a new page dedicated to our thought leaders and authors. The new author page will allow you to view all posts by that author.
We are all writers and readers – none of us appreciates unwanted email. We welcome your assessment of these changes and your suggestions. Our objective is to provide you with the information you want when you need it.
