Dan Sykes
President of Dominion Dealer Solutions

Prior to joining Dominion Dealer Solutions, he was the Executive Vice President at LCNI. Dan’s 30-plus year career at LME/DE has included positions at the The Virginian-Pilot, Trader Publishing, Landmark Education Services, and LCNI. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton and received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army.

Jim Bagley
Director of Information Technology

Jim has been with Dominion Enterprises for 13 years. After a successful sales career and completion of a degree in the Information Technology field, Jim started with Dominion as an Oracle database administrator in January 2001 and worked to eventually assume the responsibility for the database team in the Electronic division in 2003. Jim as been responsible for architecting and managing numerous backend solutions for Dominion to support a variety of products including classified advertising, business tools, and multi-terrabyte reporting systems. In 2006, as Dominion continued to transition deeper into electronic media, Jim was promoted into the Director of Information Technology role serving the Forrent and Employment Guide businesses. In 2008, Jim moved into the role of overseeing the Information Technology for the Dominion Dealer Solutions division and works closely with the businesses on their hosting solutions.

Karley Devera
Vice President of Finance

After three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including work on Landmark and Trader Publishing audits, Karley joined Dominion as the Business Manager for Trader Electronic Media in 2001. In that role, she established the accounting and administration systems for the TraderOnline sites, HarmonHomes.com, ForRent.com, Parenthood.com, EmploymentGuide.com, and Vehicle Web Services. Additionally, she lead the accounting work for the acquisitions of Boats.com and Yachtworld, Best Image Marketing , Homes.com, 123Movers.com, RVAmerica, RPIS, Katabat, Advanced Access, PSN, and eNeighborhoods. She was promoted to Director of Finance for Dominion Homes Media in August of 2007 and picked up responsibility for the accounting of the Dominion Hosting Services division upon its establishment in 2008. In 2011, Karley was promoted to Vice President of Finance and assumed accounting responsibilities for Dominion Dealer Solutions and Landmark Interactive.

Bobby Gaudreau
Vice President of Sales

Bobby Gaudreau has over 18 years of sales, marketing and management experience at emerging and established companies across a range of industries that include: automotive, retail technology, e-commerce and digital marketing. Prior to joining Dominion, Bobby worked at a number of VC and PE-backed automotive companies including DealerRater and IMN. During his tenure as VP of Sales & Marketing at DealerRater, the company doubled top and bottom line revenue and was successfully sold to Cars.com in 2016. As the VP of Sales at IMN, Bobby was responsible for revamping the go-to-market field strategy that helped lead turnaround efforts and an eventual sale to Reynolds & Reynolds in 2014. No stranger to Dominion, Bobby spent over three years at Autobase prior to Dominion’s acquisition in 2007. At Autobase he gained experience from a number of roles including launching the New England territory where he was recognized as the company’ top salesperson and was a multiple President’s Club award winner.

Bobby earned a BS from Keene State College, an MBA from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and completed course work towards a MS in Organizational Behavior & Administrative Studies at Boston College. Bobby lives in Charlestown, MA with his family.

Sharon Profile

Sharon Kitzman
President, Dominion DMS

Sharon Kitzman joined Dominion DMS in September 2019 as Senior Vice President. She was promoted to President in January 2020 following the retirement of Van Koppersmith, founder of ACS now Dominion DMS. Prior to joining Dominion, Sharon worked for Infomedia leading the Americas region. Highly regarded in the automotive and technology communities, Sharon's extensive experience in automotive software and understanding of the dealership ecosystem positions her well in guiding Dominion's dealership customers as they embrace digital transformation in navigating challenges ahead.

Her relationships, experience, and knowledge of the automotive landscape provide an excellent foundation for Dominion to advance our position in the DMS Market.

Sharon is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a recipient of the 2015 and 2020 Automotive News' 100 Leading Women in the North America award.

Shane Marcum
President, Dealer Specialties

Shane Marcum is the president of Dealer Specialties having joined Dominion Dealer Solutions in 2010 as part of the Dominion Cross-Sell Report team. Shane came to Dominion after an extensive career in the automobile industry where he was a successful executive level manager in multiple top-performing Ford, Chevrolet, and Chrysler dealerships. In 2003, Shane was recognized as one of Ford Motor Company’s youngest single-point, franchised dealers in the Cincinnati Region. Shane possesses a strong and expansive knowledge of automobile dealership fixed and variable operations, having been a Ford franchise dealer principal and previously managing top-performing automobile dealerships at every level.

Shane resides in Georgetown, KY with his wife Selena and his three children, Rylea, Whitlea and Revan.
