Last month, the Dominion Dealer Solutions’ DealActivator team hosted their first Automotive Equity Mining Training Boot Camp in Boston. The room overflowed with dealers eager to learn DealActivator best practices. The team spent several hours reviewing how staff accountability results in action, how to empower dealership staff and how to capitalize on strategic opportunities. Dealers were also shown success stories and actual use cases.

The DealActivator team is excited to be traveling the country for the 3rd year in a row to provide dealerships with hands-on training. Dealers report that sales increase after participating in these events – one dealership saw an increase of 23%! This forum allows our experts to teach dealers how to effectively mine their equity data – and more importantly, to build a process in the service drive that results in greater equity mining success.
