General Motors has certified the Dominion DMS programs, Dominion ACCESS® and ACCESS AirTM, to provide its dealers integration with GM Online Service Scheduling (OSS).
…data will be sent to and retrieved from GM as appointments are created, edited, deleted, and converted to ROs.
This OSS integration, also known as GM Service Appointment, allows GM dealership customers to schedule service appointments online through the dealership website.
Through this real-time, bi-directional integration, data will be sent to and retrieved from GM as appointments are created, edited, deleted, and converted to ROs.
For those who missed the announcement, the process to request the activation of this integration is two-fold. Once both sides of the integration are activated, dealerships can steer their customers to this online scheduling option. See below for instructions.
Step 1. Complete the online enrollment within GlobalConnect. For questions on the GM enrollment process, please contact the Dealer Business Center (DBC) at (888) 337-1010, prompt #1, then prompt #2.
Step 2. Call Dominion DMS Customer Support at (800) 227-8187, press 6 and then dial extension 2900 to reach a member of the OEM Integrations Team and request Dominion ACCESS® activation.
