Dominion’s award-winning lead management software, Web Control, has been recently enhanced with new inventory integrations. These integrations ease the time spent during day-to-day dealership processes. Web Control now pulls more detailed inventory data directly into the software — allowing automotive dealers the ability to see all vehicles pulled from the dealership’s inventory feed right from their lead management software. This daily feed gives users the ability to match current inventory to prospects’ requests. Dealers can also select up to three vehicles of interest (VOI) for each prospect.

One of the newly added enhancements is the ability to add prospects from an inventory look up. When taking a Phone Up, dealers can go straight to the Inventory page to find the exact vehicle the customer is inquiring about and quickly generate a prospect from that search.
Viewing Vehicles In the Inventory Page
This gives dealership staff immediate access to important vehicle information while on the phone with customers.
A user can also click on any vehicle listing to see further information about the vehicle – including additional images, comments and options. This gives dealership staff immediate access to important vehicle information while on the phone with customers.
Viewing Expanded Vehicle Detail In the Inventory Page
Web Control users can now select up to three VOI and send customers interactive emails. These emails contain a link to a landing page that will display vehicle details as well as other available vehicles with similar features. This functionality eliminates the need to download attachments or navigate multiple software tools to share important vehicle information with customers.
