NADA provided a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with a number of our Dominion ACCESS customers and in some cases, put faces to people we have worked with for years. The ACCESS team also had a chance to discuss new product features. Parts managers in particular mentioned that two of the features they especially liked in the Dominion ACCESS DMS were the navigation keyboarding, and ACCESS’s ability to view a detailed history forever. The General Manager’s favorite? Knowing that virtually everything comes with ACCESS, so there’s no need to pay extra for tools like bar-coding and reverse telephone look up.
This is an interesting time for dealers using Dominion ACCESS. Customers can expect a number of announcements in the coming months as we roll-out additional features to this product.
