Recently, I was asked by Jennifer Sanford, our director of strategic marketing, if dealerships used a checklist when comparing Dealer Management Systems. With NADA historically acting as the beginning of the DMS vetting season for many dealerships, it’s a good idea to update the recommendations we make to our readers for DominionACCESS. Finding the perfect DMS system is critical for every dealership. With many different features to check for, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. What should dealers consider when choosing their DMS provider?
