Over the last few months, Dominion’s marketing team acquired a wealth of knowledge based on our customer email communications. This analysis fueled two improved designs of our monthly communications: the Dominion Newsletter and the Training Calendar. Our goal is simple: provide our customers with information they need to optimize their business in the most efficient way possible.

The Dominion Newsletter features five articles, each housed on Dominion’s blog. Posts range from case studies on reputation management to best practices for equity mining, and from industry facts and figures to announcements of new CRM features. This updated newsletter format aims to provide you with a single communication, filled with information on the products and services you care about.
The second form of updated communication is the monthly Training Calendar from Dominion Dealer University. This email maps out our training classes, industry webinars and events for the coming month. You can click the links in the email to register for various events.
