Before switching to Dominion Dealer Solutions, Molye Chevrolet was using a CRM that was not meeting their dealership’s needs. can see what customers are searching for and will shop the auctions for those vehicles.” Stocking these vehicles at their store increases traffic once the car shopper has done his or her initial research.
Moyle’s employees also enjoy Web Control’s accessibility. They can access this CRM from a laptop anywhere. The staff at Moyle Chevrolet also makes use of the mobile app. “On the weekend or after hours, the mobile application helps us in answering customers,” says Biggs.
